Triscend's Leadership Position in the Configurable

System-on-Chip Market Strengthened by Wasserstein Adelson, M.G.

Capital and Vulcan Ventures Sponsorship

Triscend Corporation, the leading provider of Configurable System-on-Chip (CSoC) technology for the communications market, today announced that it closed $25 million in venture capital financing To start an own company or to bring a new product to the market, the venture may need to attract financial funding. There are several categories of financing possibilities. If it is a small venture, then perhaps the venture can rely on family funding, loans from friends .

The investment will enable Triscend to maintain its leadership position in configurable chip solutions, a revolutionary semiconductor technology with explosive growth characteristics. Since its founding in 1997, Triscend has raised over $40 million to develop its CSoC technology.
