Tripler Army Medical Center Tripler Army Medical Center is the headquarters of the Pacific Regional Medical Command of the armed forces administered by the United States Army in the State of Hawaii. CliniComp first began working with the huge military hospital in 1996 when its clinical documentation system was deployed in the hospital's inpatient setting.

Tripler is one of 13 Department of Defense sites that use CliniComp solutions in ICU and Labor and Delivery units. Close to 800,000 people are eligible to receive care at the hospital's Pacific Regional Medical Command's teaching medical center.

Tripler's service region includes Hawaii, Japan, Johnston Atoll Johnston Atoll, atoll, 2.8 sq mi (7.25 sq km), central Pacific, c.700 nautical mi (1,300 km) SW of Honolulu, central Pacific, an uninc. territory of the United States.
