Trinity prepared for lease renewal.


The Princeton Review, a pioneer in the world of education test preparation, has renewed its lease and has taken an additional 15,000 square feet at the Trinity Trinity, doctrine in Christianity
Trinity [Lat.,=threefoldness], fundamental doctrine in Christianity, by which God is considered as existing in three persons.
 Real Estate-owned 10 Hudson Square, bringing its total occupancy to 30,000 square feet.

Jason Pizer, Director of Commercial Leasing for Trinity Real Estate arranged the 10-year transaction on behalf of ownership. Princeton Review was represented by Terry Cooney of USI Real Estate Advisors, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

In addition to extending its headquarters lease on part of the 12th floor, Princeton Review will now also occupy part of the 11th floor at 10 Hudson Square.

The education company required the additional space within the property to house its growing operations. Its new contiguous Adjacent or touching. Contrast with fragmentation. See contiguous file.  space will be connected via an internal staircase staircase - jaggies . The new lease for both floors will expire expire /ex·pire/ (ek-spi´er)

"This transaction enabled the Princeton Review to obtain additional space for its current and future expansion," said Mr. Pizer.

"By working closely with the tenant we were able to structure a new transaction to run concurrent on both the original lease and the expansion space.
