Triden Telecom, Inc. to Acquire Sun River Mining, Inc.

TYLER, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2000

Robert S. Hardy, CEO of Triden Telecom (OTCBB:TRITE), announced today that Sun River Mining, Inc. (OTCBB:SUNRE) and Triden Telecom have signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of Sun River Mining, Inc. According to the terms of the letter of intent, which sets forth the basic terms pursuant to which Triden Telecom would acquire Sun River, through a stock purchase agreement as a subsidiary of Triden. Triden will acquire 80% of Sun River Mining, Inc., (including all options, warrants, etc., and any shares issued upon the exercise of any options, warrants, etc.) Mr. Hardy further stated additional information would be made upon the completion of other ongoing negations. Mr. Hardy further stated management is looking for additional Mergers and/or Acquisitions for Triden and Sun River to bring further value to the shareholders and the combined companies.
