The latest round of awards was the foundation's ninth since October 1997.

The foundation's mission is to offer help in youth education, to strengthen youth and family, to provide positive youth development, and to add to the quality of life for people living in Lane, Douglas, Coos, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath and Deschutes counties.
