With customer implementations now in the US, Europe and India, SimpleRM 2.0 is delivering eCRM functionality and value never before available to mid-market customers.

SimpleRM 2.0 is redefining CRM functionality for the mid-market segment. SimpleRM 2.0 uses web-based architecture to deliver eCRM functionality to sales, support, marketing, partner and management groups. Unlike the traditional client-server CRM architecture, SimpleRM 2.0 uses an Internet browser to connect to the customer database. The addition of a data integration toolkit also makes it very easy to migrate third party application data into SimpleRM 2.0. It also provides a new offline feature that allows mobile users to improve productivity by accessing customer data via a Blackberry(TM) wireless email device without having to login to the eCRM application.
