). NAPEO and ESAC are critical entities that help drive the Professional Employer Organization industry and contribute to its overall health and integrity.

Babinec first served on the NAPEO Board of Directors in 1996. NAPEO re-elected him to the board based on his extensive industry experience, depth of knowledge, and the respect he has from his peers in the industry.

The ESAC selected Greg Hammond to chair the Client Reporting Committee, with the dual goals of unifying PEO reporting of confidential customer information in a secure electronic environment as well as developing a regulatory database that enables efficient regulation of the industry and safeguarding of customers.
