Tri-S Security Corporation Announces Initial Public Offering.

ATLANTA -- Tri-S Security Corporation (NASDAQ:TRISU), which provides contract guard services to various Federal government agencies pursuant to long-term contracts, today announced the effectiveness of its initial public offering of 1,800,000 units at an initial public offering price of $6.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock. The units will be traded on The Nasdaq SmallCap Stock Market under the symbol "TRISU." The common stock and warrants will initially trade as a unit, until separated.
