Tri-Line Contracting Corp. tapped for Graham Capital's CT expansion.

Tri-Line Contracting Corporation (TLC), a New York City based Construction Management / General Contracting firm, was recently contracted by Graham Capital Management to provide construction services for their Connecticut office expansion project. The project, designed by Gensler Architects, includes the build-out of approximately 24,000 s/f of office space and work station space along with extensive infrastructure modifications and site work. Existing mechanical rooms will be demolished and converted into usable conference room areas. New roof top HVAC equipment will be installed to feed the newly built space along with existing spaces. The construction of "swing space" will be required in order to relocate GCM staff to allow construction. As the existing facility will remain occupied and fully functional at all times careful planning and phasing will be critical in the execution of the require work. Tri-Line Contracting Corp. was selected for this assignment primarily for their extensive experience in dealing with the challenges associated with performing major construction in and around fully functional occupied areas. Heading up the team for TLC on this project is Mr. William Lennon. Mr. Lennon is a Mechanical Engineer and a seasoned veteran in the construction industry. He is assisted by Abraham Velazquez. Field supervision is headed up by 30 year veteran Mr. Michael McKenna. With this level of leadership and experience the project is sure to be completed on schedule with the highest level of quality and cost control.
