Service Intelligence and Performance Management Solutions

Trendium, Inc., the leading developer of service intelligence software solutions, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Efficient Networks, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Corp., whereby Efficient Networks will resell and support Trendium's ServicePATH(TM) and PerforMAX(TM) products on a global basis. The agreement will add real time, multi-technology service and performance management to Efficient Networks' suite of advanced provisioning, network management and software solutions.

The combination allows carriers to configure and manage services, collect infrastructure fault and performance data, manage customer Service Level Agreements and correlate business process metrics - all in real-time.
