Treeline's Montague St. property now at 100%.

The Treeline Companies announced that The New York Public Employees Federation has signed a new long-term lease for 5,600 s/f at Treeline's 205 Montague Street in downtown Brooklyn, bringing the 87,000 s/f office property to 100 percent occupancy.

Kraig Silver, senior vice president at Treeline, represented The Treeline Companies in the transaction, while Robert Hebron of Ingram & Hebron Realty represented the tenant. The new location will serve as the regional office for the Public Employees Federation's Kings, Queens and Richmond counties members.

"Located at Brooklyn's busiest intersection and with terrific access to mass transportation, 205 Montague Street was a perfect location for the Public Employees federation's new regional office," said Mr. Silver of The Treeline Companies. "Having previously shared a downtown Manhattan office with the union's Bronx and Manhattan region for many years, this new location will help PEF better serve its membership."

Coupled with Massey Knakal Realty Services' recent lease of 18,750 s/f at 205 Montague and St. Vincent's Services long-term commitment to over 30,000 s/f at the property, the PEF lease completes the total lease-up of 205 Montague and brings
