Tread designs added to precured tread rings.

Five 70 series tread designs have been added to the company's range of Ringtread precured tread rings. The patterns are said to have been introduced with a view to assuring that Ringtread can satisfy all the needs of its clients. The trend towards 70 series fitments is said to pose a number of challenges for the retreading industry. In particular, the fact that 70 series tires are smaller and therefore complete more revolutions than their higher profile counterparts, is said to mean an increased necessity for the retreading process to be able to cope with increased heat buildup build·up also build-up

These challenges are said to be met by the Ringtread system, which involves the use of jointless precured tread rings and which offers a number of concrete advantages, particularly in the 70 series sector.
