Trazar-manufactured Automatic Impedance Matching (AIM) networks provide MTBF in excess of 40 months. This is the industry's bellwether for RF reliability. Based on this, Trazar will be presenting details of its T5000-series enhancement program for the legacy Applied Materials P5000-series RF Matching networks at the ISMI Symposium. This new program allows Trazar to enhance the older P5000 product with updated and longer MTBF T5000 RF technology.

Trazar has developed a method of achieving this innovation while remaining totally transparent to the plasma process. "By utilizing this Trazar-proprietary service, with the longer T5000 MTBF, semiconductor manufacturers can extend the life of their current process equipment without often-recurring down-time and the resulting productivity and yield losses associated with the older P5000-based systems," said Gary Ater, Trazar's Vice President of Marketing. Trazar offers this T5000 enhancement with a 12 month Trazar factory warranty, typically 2-4 times longer than other service options.
