BAA Wins Heathrow Protest Injunction. UK Airports operator BAA won a court injunction on Monday barring environmental activists from disrupting London's Heathrow Airport next week. BAA, owned by Spanish construction and services group Ferrovial, went to the High Court in London to restrict the actions of campaigners attending a "Climate Action" camp near the airport between August 14 and 21. The judge, Justice Caroline Swift Dame Caroline Jane Swift, QC (born 1955) was educated at Durham University, England. She was called to the Bar, Inner Temple in 1977. The following year she began practising on the Northern Circuit, later becoming Assistant Recorder from 1992 until 1995, and QC in 1993. , said her decision would allow peaceful and lawful protests but barred a named group of individuals from taking disruptive action. She said it was nothing like as wide-ranging as originally sought by BAA, which had focused on four representatives from four different groups. Aug 7, 2007

Rolls-Royce

Rolls-Royce Trent Rolls Royce Trent is a family of high bypass turbofan engines manufactured by Rolls-Royce.
