Transparency Software Appoints VP of R&D.

Company Expands Management Team with Experienced Mercury R&D Executive

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Transparency Software[TM], a leading provider of information policy management solutions for database auditing and data security, today announced that Eyal Oz has been named VP of R&D and General Manager of Transparency Software's R&D Center in Israel. In his role, Eyal Oz will have overall responsibility for Transparency Software's research and development organization.

Eyal Oz is a proven engineering leader that brings experience in product development and engineering as well as business experience in working with enterprise customers and strategic technology partners. In his over 10 years at Mercury Interactive, he rose through the engineering organization to manage the R&D division for LoadRunner and Performance Center products. Most recently, he was responsible for SAP Solutions at Mercury, leading this solution vision, definition and development process for products designed for SAP customers.

With the addition of Eyal Oz to the management team, Eyal Rubin, co-founder and current EVP of R&D, is assuming the fulltime role of CTO for the company. In this expanded role, Eyal Rubin will focus on strategic technologies for the company, including the core algorithms that represent the essence of Transparency's patent pending service recognition technology, Transparency SRT.
