Koogle will remain chairman and active CEO until a successor is found.

* Dimitri Boylan, 40, was promoted from COO and director to acting CEO and president of online job board HotJobs.com after founder Richard S. Johnson announced his resignation from the two top posts. Johnson will continue to focus on new markets and strategies as chairman of the board. The company is seeking a permanent CEO.

* Patrick J. Ward, 45, was elevated from president to CEO of Commonwealth Bancorp, a Norristown, PA-based holding company of community financial institutions. He succeeds Charles H. Meacham, who will continue as chairman.

* J. Merrick Taggart has resigned as president and CEO of Shelton, CT-based distributor Swiss Army Brands. Current Chairman Peter Gilson succeeds him as CEO.
