Transition DPT programs.

The following list includes the names of higher education institutions that offer a transition DPT program for US-licensed physical therapists. Please keep in mind that the programs are not always referred to as 'transition" programs; other descriptors include "bridge," "postprofessional," "transitional," or "DPT." One element shared by all of the transition programs is that they are offered to US-licensed physical therapists; that is, graduates of an accredited physical therapist professional education program. If you have any questions about the list or have information about other transition programs, please contact Joseph Black at josephblack@apta.org or 800/999-2782, ext 3155. Please report any additions or corrections to this listing to Angela Boyd at angelaboyd@apta.org or 800/999-2782, ext 8528
