The Winco #680 Transfer Cliner is a stretcher stretcher /stretch·er/ (strech´er) a contrivance for carrying the sick or wounded.

 footrest. The Transfer Cliner is used in situations where the resident needs to sit for an extended period of time. The legrest also can be adjusted to suit the user's comfort preference or size. Both arms have three adjustment levels and can be lowered to a level transfer surface when the Transfer Cliner is in a flat position. The chair back uses a gas shock to transition into multiple positions smoothly and can be locked into any position. The all-steel The All-Steel was produced by the All-Steel Motor Car Co. or St Louis, Missouri from 1915 to 1916. Also known as the Alstel, it had a rather conventional 4-cylinder engine, but had a unique narrow platform backbone frame that enclosed the propeller shaft and gearbox.  push handle in back makes maneuvering the chair easy and safe.
