Trammell Crow Company represented Sappi in a short-term lease renewal at 100-120 Industrial Avenue in Edison, New Jersey Edison Township (usually known as Edison) is a township in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township had a total population of 97,687, making it at the time the fifth largest municipality in New Jersey. Sappi Fine Paper North America is a pre-eminent manufacturer of coated fine paper in North America, with an annual capacity of approximately 1.3 million tons of coated fine, specialty, and technical papers. The company will utilize this new facility for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution purposes.

The facility is being developed by Heller Industrial Parks, Inc. and is expected to be completed in July 2004.
