A reverse circulation drill program conducted on the property has confirmed a total gravel resource of some 30 million cubic meters, within an oxbow paleochannel some 1 kilometer wide by 4.5 kilometers long. This represents a significant increase from the preliminary, conservative estimate of 19 million cubic meters, released earlier this year. The bedrock morphology, gravel SG's (specific gravity), gravel thickness and overburden thickness have been studied and conclusions and recommendations for infill drilling and bulk sampling are in preparation. The Company has begun the process of clearing the recommended program through the relevant Namibian government authorities and has commenced the required environmental impact study.

The gravels are typical of the intermediate age of Orange River terrace deposits (3 to 5 million years old) with a high content of epidosite and banded ironstone ironstone

pebbles. All such gravel accumulations along the Orange River are known to be diamondiferous, although this does not imply that all are economically exploitable. Gravel bodies of a similar age are well explored downstream of the property, both on the Namibian and South African banks, where the Company's parent company, Trans Hex Group Limited, has its flagship operations, and where diamonds in excess of US$500 per carat average value are recovered.
