Trans Healthcare Appoints Two Senior Executives.
Mr. Fulchino has been Senior Vice President of Tax and Financial Services for Trans Healthcare since September 2003. Prior to joining THI, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Tax for Integrated Health Services, Inc. ("IHS"), where he was responsible for the oversight of various tax and financial departments.
Prior to joining IHS in 1993, he was with KPMG LLP. Mr. Fulchino is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Loyola College Sellinger School of Business.
Ms. Lisa has been Senior Corporate Counsel of Trans Healthcare since September 2003. Prior to that, she served as in-house counsel for Integrated Health Services, Inc. ("IHS") for six years. From 1996 to 1997, Ms. Lisa was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland. Earlier in her career, she was a practicing attorney with the law firm of Goodell, DeVries, Leech and Gray, specializing in complex civil defense litigation.
She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1990, the District of Columbia Bar in 1993, the United States District Court for Maryland in 1991, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in 1996. Ms. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va.
