TCC secured the assignment based on the combination of TCC-NY principals Jonathan Geanakos and Eric Reimer's relationship with CSFB and TCC-Phoenix's Barry Gabel's strong knowledge of the local market and relationship with the purchaser, who is a major local real estate investor A real estate investor is someone who actively or passively invests in real estate. An active investor may buy a property, make repairs and/or improvements to the property, and sell it later for a profit. .

"This disposition represents a major win for the firm and our Investment Services Group. Our ability to deliver high quality investment sales services on an assignment of this size and complexity, combined with our unique ability to underwrite real estate through our outstanding local market expertise, were critical to executing this assignment," stated Geanakos.
