Trammel Crow Co. appoints new VP.

Trammell Crow Company has announced the appointment of Cindy J. Feury, RPA, CPM, as vice president of property management.

In this capacity, Ms. Feury will be responsible for all property and asset management activities covering Trammell Crow Company's northern and central New Jersey markets.

"Cindy Feury is a seasoned property and asset management professional and we are proud to have her join our growing New Jersey team," stated Bob Hackett, principal and Trammell Crow Company's northeast operations manager. "She has tremendous knowledge and experience in this field, has proven herself to be a leader in the industry and shares Trammell Crow Company's high customer service ethic."

Cindy J. Feury joins Trammell Crow Company from GVA Williams where she was responsible for coordinating the Company's New Jersey-based property management services. Prior to her experience at GVA Williams, Ms. Feury worked at The Gale Company in excess of 12 years, fulfilling a number of roles, including asset manager, senior portfolio manager, executive managing director and, most recently, vice president of asset management.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Centenary College and is a Building Owners & Managers Association-(BOMA) designated Real Property Administrator.
