Training with Friends Tailors World-Class Exercise for Individual Fitness Levels; Mt. Healthy Summer Program Begins June 12.


CINCINNATI -- The Training with Friends physical conditioning program celebrates summer with a 10-week program and special cost savings for new and former participants.

Designed and managed by CXphys Cincinnati Exercise Physiologists, Training with Friends encourages anyone interested in physical activity, regardless of fitness level, to participate in proven and well-rounded workouts. According to according to
