Training needs addressed.

A COVENTRY training organisation is one of the founder members of a new national group to champion employer-led training.

The Midland Group Training Services (MGTS) in Gulson Road, Stoke, has just become a member of the National Partnership for Employer Led Training.

The aim of the partnership is to make sure the government doesn't ignore the training needs of small businesses.

MGTS chief executive Lee Weatherly said: "MGTS's strengths lie in its excellent financial performance and sound business approach which will bring a lot to the mix and we are looking forward to sharing our expertise in this area with the rest of the group."
