This proprietary back-end support software, referred to as Sales Support Suite, is the heart of InComm's billing system and it is provided to each distributor with IDs and password for each of their employees. In essence, the Sales Support Suite back-end software allows distributors to process all types of transactions from cash, money orders, and checks to credit cards, etc., on a pre-paid basis and in real-time. In addition, this Sales Support Suite back-end software provides multiple canned reports and controls for the distributor to run their VoIP company. On the front end, this proprietary software allows each distributor, and their end users, to view the history of VoIP usage per user, sales person, sales manager, in real time.
