TradeWave Selected by IBM as CommercePOINT Partner.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 20, 1996--TradeWave Corporation, a subsidiary of SunRiver Corporation (NASDAQ:SRVC), today announced that it has been selected by IBM as a CommercePOINT Charter Member.

As such, TradeWave will, in conjunction with IBM and other affiliates, provide products and services to IBM customers. TradeWave is joined by other IBM CommercePOINT Charter Members including KPMG, and Unibex.

This announcement signifies the extension of the relationship established between TradeWave and IBM in developing the Open Access Same-time Information System (OASIS) network. In that agreement TradeWave has selected IBM for the certification authority infrastructure supporting the OASIS system. The OASIS system was jointly developed by BSG Alliance/IT, Inc., Cegelec ESCA and TradeWave.
