The NetDay NetDay is a volunteer project to contribute the resources of world high-technology companies to schools, libraries and clinics world-wide to connect them to the Internet. NetDay's stated mission is to "connect every child to a brighter future by helping educators meet educational  Index (www.netday.org/netday_index.htm) is a new initiative that tracks trends in what superintendents think about the value and impact of technology use in education.

Examples of non-profit organizations are charities, hospitals and schools.
, invites superintendents to participate in this monthly survey, which will help to identify and track macro-trends in technology's value and impact in schools. Benefits to participants include access to benchmarking data, participation in a national public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  campaign and special "early-bird" access to survey analysis of trends in educational technology.
