Track Data Announces Investment in SFB Market Systems.

BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq: TRAC) today announced that it has purchased a 15% interest in SFB Market Systems Inc., a New Jersey-based financial software solutions company specializing in options market data.

SFB's best known service is SymbolMaster, an online securities symbol management system that serves the financial industry from a single centralized data repository server. SymbolMaster provides its customers with validated, intra-day, next day and historical equity- and options-related information used for the updating and loading of security master files throughout the financial industry.
