Under the agreement terms, Dong-A will exclusively develop, manufacture and market T-3811 in Korea. Accordingly, Toyama Chemical will receive an upfront payment and royalties from Dong-A. Also, Toyama Chemical will supply the agent and bulk compounds to Dong-A.
