Toy firms keep it real at ITC.

GUND[TM], known worldwide for its top quality, soft and huggable plush designs, has signed a new lease to renew its showroom in the International Toy Center's 200 Fifth Avenue Building.

Corgi Classics is doubling the size of its showroom space, also in 200 Fifth Avenue, to accommodate its recent growth. One of Britain's best-known brands, the company has been producing detailed, high-quality die-cast models for nearly 50 years.

Cushman & Wakefield, the ITC's managing agent for this W&H Property, handled the arrangements as eight companies recently signed new leases exceeding 20,000 square feet of showroom space.

Also signing new leases in the ITC are the Toy Play LLC division of The Betesh Group (licensed juvenile products including an all new play tent category); Bendon Publishing International (a full-line of children's publishing formats); H&W Import & Export (toys); Leap Year Publishing (puzzles, arts & crafts, stationery); Phidal Publishing Limited (children's books); and M&T Bank, which has signed a multiyear lease for street level space at 1097 Broadway.
