Townhouses rise on former Hudson Heights castle grounds.


On land that originally held one of New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 City's most spectacular private residences, a row of state-of-the-art luxury single-family attached townhouses are being built from the ground up.

Named "Castelli di Cabrini", the castle-style townhouses will offer amenities not often nor easily found in Manhattan. Residents will enter their homes through their own private two-car garage; a private elevator will take them to every level, including the roof. Each 10-room, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house will have front and rear bay windows on each floor as well as a two-story living room and gallery space with marble fireplace and a sweeping curved staircase.
