Towards a strategic framework for information and communication for development investment in Africa: The Partnership for Communication in Africa/Vers un cadre strategique pour l'information et la communication pour l'investissement de developpement en Afrique: partenariat pour la Communication en Afrique.The African Women's Development and Communication Network (FEMNET) is among African civil society organizations that support the Partnership for Communication in Africa Platform for Action.
