Toshiba renews 138,000 s/f lease.

) recently represented Toshiba Toshiba Corporation (株式会社東芝 Kabushiki-gaisha Tōshiba  America Consumer Products in a 138,000 s/f lease renewal at 82 Totowa Road in Wayne.

This Class A office/warehouse building will continue to serve as a headquarters location for the consumer products company.

CBRE's senior vice president Mark Fujita and first vice president Gregory H. Barkan were responsible for this transaction. Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey represented the landlord, East Meadow East Meadow, uninc. residential and commercial city (1990 pop. 36,609), Nassau co., SE N.Y., on W Long Island.  Corporation.

Stated Fujita, "82 Totowa Road was built exclusively for Toshiba nearly 20 years ago. 82 Totowa Road is a 138,000 s/f, Class A flex building with 50,000 s/ f of office space and 88,000 s/f of warehouse/distribution space. Amenities include six loading docks and 22-foot ceilings.

"This quality facility perfectly meets Toshiba America's needs and was the right strategy from their financial and operational perspectives," stated Barkan. "The prime location gives a significant strategic advantage to Toshiba."
