Toshiba offers build options on notebooks for on-line buyers.


Toshiba's Computer Systems Group (CSG CSG - constructive solid geometry ) has announced the ability for customers to build a Toshiba notebook computer A laptop computer that weighs in a range from five to seven pounds. The term originated when laptops were routinely more than 10 pounds, and those that became lighter were placed in a special "notebook" category. Consumers, small business professionals and public sector customers will be able to order options on Toshiba's Satellite, Satellite Pro, Portege and Tecra families of notebook computers.
