Toshiba inks Totowa Road lease.

) recently represented Toshiba America Consumer Products in a 138,000 s/f lease renewal at 82 Totowa Road in Wayne, New Jersey Wayne is a township in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States, located less than 20 miles from midtown Manhattan. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township had a total population of 54,069. .

This Class A office/warehouse building will continue to serve as a headquarters location for the consumer products company.

CBRE's senior vice president Mark Fujita and first vice president Gregory H. Barkan were responsible for this transaction. Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey represented the landlord, East Meadow East Meadow, uninc. residential and commercial city (1990 pop. 36,609), Nassau co., SE N.Y., on W Long Island.  Corporation.
