Torresco gets the job done at 1735 Park.

Torresco Realty LLC has successfully concluded the leasing of 15,835 s/f of retail and commercial space in the G&J Wholesale Associates Building, 1735 Park Avenue.

As the exclusive leasing broker for G&J, a subsidiary of Doria Enterprises/Graces Marketplace, the firm announced the following tenants have signed leases at 1735 Park Avenue:

United Parcel Service has leased the corner retail consisting of 2,100 s/f with a base rent of $33 psf. UPS will be using the space as a drop off location in East Harlem. The aggregate value of their lease, with options is approximately $275,000 dollars.

North General Hospital has leased the building's second floor consisting of 6,500 s/f for administrative office use. Their lease reflects an aggregate rent of $2.6 million dollars with a base rent of $22 psf plus escalations. This space was leased in raw condition.

The Valley Inc. has leased the building's third floor consisting of 6,700 s/f for administrative office use. Their lease reflects an aggregate rent of $3 million dollars with a base rent of $26 psf plus escalations and buildout.

Uptown Pizza has leased the remaining 485 s/f of retail on East 121st Street as a pizza bistro. Their lease reflects an aggregate rent of $73,000 dollars with a base rent of $30 psf plus escalations, the space was leased in raw condition.
