Torontonians learn reality of abortion harm.

Toronto -- This year the Right to Life Association of Toronto held its annual street education campaign in conjunction with the Silent No More billboard campaign. Between July 10 and August 6, 2006, sixteen billboards were placed around the city with the message: "We regret our abortions." Organizer Natalie Hudson, executive director of the association, said, "The campaign was one of the most successful yet. We had a record number of volunteers, most of them from the University of Toronto Research at the University of Toronto has been responsible for the world's first electronic heart pacemaker, artificial larynx, single-lung transplant, nerve transplant, artificial pancreas, chemical laser, G-suit, the first practical electron microscope, the first cloning of T-cells,  Students for Life, and handed out over 10,000 pieces of literature that included a Silent No More card." Most recipients seemed to read the literature and many commented, showing support or disbelief. The prevalent urban myth is that abortions do not occur past three months.
