All Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited residential and business customers are eligible for the service and can register online at www.torontohydro.com/eBills. Customers are directed to the Web sites of six participating financial institutions for paying monthly utility bills.

Customers benefit by using eBills in multiple ways - from being able to access current and previous bills (back to July 2000) online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week - to saving money on postage; saving time; producing less paper; and using a secure, encrypted system that protects their privacy. Once signed up for eBills, a customer will receive an e-mail advising that the eBill is ready for viewing, and that they will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail.
