Torbay Holdings Inc (OTCBB: TRBY.OB) announces that November 1, 2003 TRBY and Designer Appliances Inc (DAI) will relocate to offices at 140 Old Country Road, Mineloa, NY.

Tom Large, President & CEO, stated; "Our strategy is to spend income on developing infrastructure. These offices represent that transition and, in those terms, the first 6 months rent is 'effectively' covered by sales received during early October. At 1,000 sq ft, we have sufficient space to create the image and environment that is now necessary to our increasing levels of business activity."

In another development: Initial testing of "McNib", DAI's proprietary version of its PC Nib click-less software, is currently undergoing Alpha (internal) evaluation ahead of launch. This is a cross platform conversion of the Nib click-less software to Macintosh, so as to provide the same benefits to Mac users. The Quill Mouse can be found on Apple's website, under "Made for Mac" products and McNib is hoped to further develop an already healthy relationship with Mac Users.

In addition to reducing the physical effort required by clicking mouse buttons, Nib Click-less software provides relief to those who experience pain, as a result of clicking mouse buttons. There are an estimated 5 million (US) Carpal Tunnel Syndrome sufferers. But there are other markets that this software provides access to. An estimated 10 million people (US) suffer in varying degrees from a condition called Essential Tremors. A neurological condition that causes involuntary muscle activity. This is commonly in the fingers and can result in accidental clicking of mouse buttons and cause issues of cursor control. Quill mouse and Nib software should enable many sufferers to overcome this disability in regards to their computer usage.
