Torbay Holdings Inc (ticker OTCBB: TRBY.OB) Designer Appliances Inc (DAI), TRBY's subsidiary announced that yesterday it reached agreement on an exclusive Joint Marketing Venture with Balance Systems Inc (BSI: Redmond, Oregon) to co-market its Virtually Hands Free (VHF) Mousing System with the BSI patented range of Orthotic Exercise Gloves, marketed as Flextend(R).

Flextend(R) is a clinically proven system that corrects the muscle imbalance created by continuous grip as on a computer mouse. Constant gripping overly develops the flexor muscles that "close" the hands, while the extensor muscles that open the hands, are underdeveloped and weak. This is symptomatically associated with poor circulation and other associated Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) conditions. Flextend(R) is the only clinically proven product that, by exercise, can correct this imbalance.

Flextend and BSI are the brainchild of Jeff Anliker, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who's research, when himself inflicted with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), lead him to develop an in depth knowledge of the biomechanical circumstances that cause muscular imbalance, which lead to his invention of Flextend(R).
