Topping off takes place at Brooklyn waterfront units.

The development, financial and construction team behind Williamsburg's Schaefer Landing recently celebrated the topping off of Schaefer Landing in Williamsburg, a unique waterfront complex which will feature both luxury condominiums and affordable rental units.

 Partners and Kent Waterfront Associates, the final beam was hoisted to the top of the 25-story tower.

"We are very excited to reach this important milestone for Schaefer Landing and are looking forward to the successful completion of the entire project by Spring 2006, with our first occupants to arrive in Summer 2005," said Mr. Capoccia.

Schaefer Landing will be comprised of two luxury condominium buildings and one affordable rental building, located between Kent Avenue and the East River, just south of the Williamsburg Bridge in Brooklyn.
