Topping off celebrated at 475 Ninth Avenue. (Transcripts).


VJB VJB Video Juke Box  Construction Corporation and Kajima Construction Services, Inc. recently celebrated the topping-off of Hudson Crossing, a new apartment building, located at 475 Ninth Ave., near the-Lincoln Tunnel.

"Topping-off' is a traditional construction. celebration that takes place in the field to commemorate a major construction milestone. The celebration marks the pouring of the last reinforced concrete reinforced concrete

This multi-million dollar project involves the construction of a new 220,000-SF rental apartment building. The building consists of a 15-story high-rise structure with 259 apartments, including studios and one- and two-bedroom units. A below ground 164-car public parking garage and 5,000 SF of ground level retail space -will also be constructed.

Conveniently located on the west side, in one of New York New York, state, United States
