Privacy and noise concerns (62.5%) lead the list of demands of tenants in federally assisted housing, followed by timely and effective communication from their property manager or management firm (45.8%). Demands related to heating and air conditioning in tenant space (33.3%), rent relief (33.3%) and updates in safety and security (33.3%) tied for third place. Heating and air conditioning in tenant space (78.2%) is the No. 1 demand of tenants in office buildings.
