EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

THE May 2002 sweeps period saw little change in rankings among L.A.'s local television stations, with KNBC-TV (Channel 4) again claiming the No. 1 spot.

The greatest changes on the list came as a result of the industry's ongoing consolidation.
