Top night with jazz orchestra; DROITWICH.

MUSIC fans are in for a treat when Worcestershire Jazz Orchestra performs in Droitwich Spa for one night only.

The ensemble will show off its skills at the town's Norbury Theatre, in Friar friar [Lat. frater=brother], member of certain Roman Catholic religious orders, notably, the Dominicans, Franciscans, Carmelites, and Augustinians. The line-up comprises three alto saxophones, three tenor saxophones, a baritone saxophone The baritone saxophone, often called "bari sax" (to avoid confusion with the baritone horn, which is often referred to simply as "baritone"), is one of the larger and lower pitched members of the saxophone family. It was invented by Adolphe Sax. , four trumpets, four trombones, a keyboard, bass and rhythm guitars and drums.
