Tony Roma's Taps Brad Lutz as New ``People & Learning VP''.

Romacorp, Inc. has named Brad Lutz to the newly created position of Vice President of People and Learning for the Tony Roma's chain of 243 restaurants.

Lutz joined Romacorp in March to head up domestic and international training. He was previously Vice President of Operations for Dick Clark Restaurants, Inc. where he was responsible for all company operations of the chain. Lutz also was Director of Training for Schlotzsky's, Inc. in Austin, Texas. From 1991 to 1997 Lutz was with the Metromedia Restaurant Group serving in a number of key operations management and training positions primarily with the Bennigan's and Steak and Ale concepts. Lutz was also recently named to the University of North Texas Board of Governors for the School of Hospitality Management.
