The firm also operates several hotels and restaurants, including the restored Park Central Hotel and The Hotel, and its restaurant, Wish, in Miami Beach's Art Deco District.

Goldman is active in numerous professional and civic organizations, including the National Trust for Historic Preservation, where he serves on the Board of Trustees.

He is also founder and chairman of Miami Beach's Ocean Drive Association, a past chairman of Historic Hotels of America and the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, a Board member of New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 City's Downtown Alliance and a trustee of the Projects for Public Spaces.
