Brownstein refutes all of WAA's claims, said his lawyer Gerry Fox, partner at Fox & Spillane LLP. Fox said Brownstein; who is still a partner at WAA, filed suit in May under the firm's arbitration agreement. He says he is owed $500,000 in lost compensation, including payment from the deal he renegotiated for Gandolfini. Further, Fox said, Brownstein claims the other three shareholders violated their agreement to arbitrate when they sued. |
