Tom Bermingham joins ESG.Thomas V. Bermingham has joined the Edward S. Gordon Company as executive director and co-manager of its New Jersey office, it was announced by Edward S. Bermingham, a 19-year veteran of the commercial markets of New Jersey and New York, will share the administration of ESG/NJ's operation, with its current executive director, Robert J. Rudin. Bermingham, 40, was formerly senior vice president and director of marketing and acquisitions at Chubb Realty, Inc., a development subsidiary of the $13 billion insurance company. During his tenure there, Chubb Realty developed an investment portfolio of more than one million square feet. Prior to joining Chubb, Bermingham rose to senior vice president at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was employed for 15 years. During his last five years at Cushman & Wakefield, he consistently ranked among the firm's top 10 salespersons nationwide and was selected "Branch Manager of the Year" in 1982. Two years later he assumed responsibility for the firm's entire U.S. management portfolio. "I am pleased with this opportunity to work with a superb team of professionals as well as to return to a market where I have a great deal of affinity," Bermingham said.
